As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I focus on the treatment of individuals who are having difficulties managing depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, work/education stressors, and interpersonal problems. I also enjoy helping couples improve their communication and explore ways to increase their connection. My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, families, couples and older adults.

I believe in providing a space to be yourself, free of judgement, where you can leave your negative thoughts, feelings and past that have been weighing you down. You can expect to feel both supported and challenged in your work with me. I believe it’s important that we work through the deeper levels, even when it’s difficult. That will provide you with the best opportunity for self-growth and confidence.
