Sometimes relationships, career, and life in general do not evolve as expected. Life stressors, traumatic and stressful experiences, as well as life changes can sometimes be inevitable. However, therapy can provide you with the opportunity to heal from those experiences and changes by assisting you with developing tools to help you live the life you deserve.

My practice aims to assist people with improving the quality of their interpersonal relationships, deepening their understanding of the familial/relational context in which they were raised and how that is playing a role in their lives now.
